Quiet fields, forest roads, even more unpaved paths, and above all, many beautiful views await you on the Ferme Tour Trail.
To find them, we head to the hilly Binkom, a borough of Lubbeek in Flemish Brabant in the Hageland region.
In short, a 'ferm toerke' where you'd best get your trail shoes out.
The first three editions were a huge success. That’s why we’re organizing a full trail weekend in 2027, featuring six different distances.

This part of the Hageland is sometimes called “Little Switzerland.” All routes therefore feature mostly unpaved trails through wooded areas, fields, and along a few scenic climbs. The 23- and 32-km routes include a river crossing.
Trail shoes are a must for the longest distances. You can complete the 7 and 11 km distances without any problems wearing running shoes designed for road running.
Athletes with a VAL number who wish to participate in the KVV should indicate this when registering. If you do not have a VAL number, you may still participate in these distances.
The start and finish are located at the Ferme Koer event location.
Curious about the route? We don't share it online because it involves private land. Participants will receive it by email about a week before the finish.
