Unpaved forest trails, muddy sunken roads, and challenging slopes—Stroomloop has it all. The various Stroomloop trails start at the old Ruiterij complex in Park Drie Fonteinen and lead straight into the forest.
Nature has a lot to offer, but Stroomloop has even more in store. Music, art, and other local entertainment color the course and ensure an unforgettable running experience, from start to finish.

Unknown is unloved! In the shadow of the viaduct and our capital city, we seek out nature every year with Stroomloop. Be surprised by the natural beauty that the region has to offer!
Stroomloop offers a total of four unique routes that take you along the most beautiful trails in the region. These trails consist largely of semi-paved and unpaved surfaces, such as earth, grass, gravel, dolomite, etc. Trail shoes are therefore essential, especially in bad weather!
Along the route and at the finish line, we provide refreshment stations where you can quickly grab something to drink (water and isotonic drinks) and eat (fruit, candy, and cookies). Everything you need for that top performance! At these stations, we have made a conscious decision not to offer disposable cups. So be sure to bring your own reusable water bottle or cup to refill along the way.
