BoslandTrail 2025
Aug. 22, 23 and 24
Run & Walk

What?

The past six editions of the BoslandTrail have allowed numerous runners and walkers to get acquainted with all the beauty that the Bosland has to offer. There is now even a street named after this event in the municipality of Pelt. Every participant who checks off five participations gets a tree planted there.

NEW: Sunday = Runday during this 7th edition, Sunday is all about running. Runners can choose between 12, 23, 32 or 50 km. For the youngest runners there is a Kidstrail of 2.5 km

This is organized by BoslandTrail in partnership with Keep on Running.

My friend signed me up and I'm not getting any emails myself.
We apologize, there is something going wrong in our email system that is preventing those co-registered by a lead registrant from receiving any emails received. We are aware of this and are working on it. The race briefing with all important information can be found here

What is provided at the supply points?
Fruit will be provided (apples, banana, oranges). Cakes will be mostly gingerbread. Winegums will also be available. Sports drinks (Aquarius) and water will be available everywhere. Other energetic drinks such as coffee and soft drinks will also be there, but not at every checkpoint.

Do we get a paper card in the mail? I have not received this.

At the reception on the day itself you will also receive a physical trail map. If you live in one of the Bosland municipalities (Hechtel-Eksel, Lommel and Pelt) then you may already receive the paper Bosland newspaper from the municipal administration.

Is the trail accessible with a wheelchair?
The trail goes largely through the loose sand of the Lommel Sahara. It is definitely not ideal to enter with a wheelchair. The trail is mostly unpaved, but mostly flat. Participants in wheelchairs must make their own judgment as to whether this seems feasible.

How can I resell my ticket?

No, in certain areas of the national park through which the trail passes, dogs are not allowed due to bird nesting habitat.

Buses run from the parking lot to the Sovereign between 5:30 a.m. and 8 a.m.
Buses run from the Sovereign to the parking lot between 12 p.m. and 10 p.m.

The bus ride takes about 20 minutes. There is no need to sign up for this separately, these buses will run back and forth continuously.

Luggage will be dropped off and labeled when you pick up your start numbers. These are taken to Checkpoint roompot, here you can take them again to change your clothes for example then luggage is taken back to sovereign. Please note! This service is only available for the 100K Run & Walk.
