What?

Run For Your Love - also known to insiders as #R4YL - is a unique speed dating concept from Keep on Running that is being organized for the second time this year. For once no awkward silences at an unsociable table, but a 1-mile lap to get to know each other better while running! And this at a cozy, romantic prime location with an equally apt name: the Butterfly Square.

During Run For Your Love you will meet other sports enthusiasts in a fun, casual and real way. Red heads, sweaty bodies, endorphins galore. What you see is what you get.

One thing you can already cross off your long laundry list of requirements: a shared love of running.

How does it work?

Meet your matches in the arena and run the 1.6km lap with each match separately. Has that mile flown by to your great regret? Then invite your match to complete the 'loop of love' together. Still not enough of each other? Then you can still enjoy snacks, drinks and each other at the finish line.

How do I find my matches?

Your chest number reveals who we matched with you. The central number is your own chest number. The numbers to the side are those of your matches. Run into each other in the arena and immediately score with your very best opening line.

During the first edition, we knocked off a whopping 36 matches!
