Is the trail lit?
The course is clearly marked off and equipped with ambient lighting. This is not enough to fully illuminate the entire course. Therefore, it is mandatory for each participant to provide their own lighting.
Are dogs allowed?
Due to the unique course with many narrow trails, dogs are not allowed at this event.
Do you need trail shoes, or will regular road shoes suffice?
