Is it mandatory to wear a walking light?
Yes, it is mandatory for every runner to carry a running light. This is to ensure safety as the course is not fully lit everywhere. Still looking for a new lamp? Find several options here.
Is the trail lit?
The course is clearly marked off and equipped with ambient lighting. This is not enough to fully illuminate the entire course. Therefore, it is mandatory for each participant to provide their own lighting.
Are dogs allowed?
Due to the unique course with many narrow trails, dogs are not allowed at this event.
Do you need trail shoes, or will regular road shoes suffice?
Trail shoes are recommended for this trail as it is mostly unpaved. Especially in the dark, it is wise to wear trail shoes for extra grip and safety. Would you like advice on this? Make an appointment at Runners' lab here.
Where can I find the GPX of the course?
