Tim Rogge

Zwijndrecht

Hello, I'm Tim. Athletics has been a great passion in my life for many years. I was active as a middle-distance runner, focusing on the 800 meters. From that experience, my interest in coaching grew, and I completed the Trainer A middle-distance/long-distance training program at the Flemish Trainers School. In addition, I coached a group of competitive athletes for about ten years.

As a coach, I look beyond schedules and numbers alone. I listen, tune in, and want to inspire people to achieve their goals together, step by step, in a feasible and calm manner.

Hi, I'm Charlotte. I've been running since I was little and am also a member of an athletics club. For the past three years, I've been combining this with Hyrox.

I started coaching a few years ago because I really enjoyed guiding people. This passion also gave me the final push to start a master's degree in physical education and movement sciences. That way, I could delve even deeper into the subject matter.

My passion for training has grown in recent years. I have coached myself for all road races, including the marathon.

I now want to apply the same passion and drive that I had in the past to other runners.

If you want to work towards your first 5 kilometers or your first fast marathon, I would love to guide you through that process.

Alexander Vansteenkiste

Hello, I'm Alexander. I actually come from the world of hockey, but in recent years I've become an avid runner, with a preference for longer distances. My marathon record currently stands at 2:39.

At the time, I extensively researched all possible information and now I would like to pass on my knowledge to ambitious people who want to achieve their goals. That can range from 5 kilometers to a marathon, anything is possible.
