Ingredients
– 2 apples
– Juice of 1 lemon
– Handful of walnuts
– 85g oatmeal
– 400g low-fat or semi-skimmed natural yogurt
– 100g frozen raspberries
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 2 tbsp dried cranberries or alternative
Preparation method
– Chop the walnuts.
– Wash the apples and grate them coarsely into a large bowl.
– Add the lemon juice, oat flakes, and yogurt and mix.
– Spoon into 2 bowls and top with the raspberries, cranberries, and chia seeds.
– Cover the bowls and refrigerate overnight.
– Sprinkle the walnuts on top.
