Ingredients
- 80g oatmeal
- 30g nut mix
- 40g dried fruit
- 80ml honey
- 60g peanut butter
Preparation
- Heat the honey with the peanut butter over low heat.
- Coarsely chop the nuts and fruit.
- Add the oatmeal, nuts and fruit to the peanut butter/honey mixture and mix well.
- Line a baking pan with baking paper and put in the mixture.
- Press it flat and allow >2h to set in the refrigerator.
- Then cut into smaller pieces.
