Easy to make and perfect as a healthy snack!

Energy bars with peanut butter

Ingredients

– 80g oatmeal
– 30g nut mix
– 40g dried fruit
– 80ml honey
– 60g peanut butter

Preparation method

– Heat the honey and peanut butter over low heat.
– Roughly chop the nuts and fruit.
– Add the oatmeal, nuts, and fruit to the peanut butter/honey mixture and mix well.
– Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
– Press flat and let set in the refrigerator for >2 hours.
– Then cut into smaller pieces.
