For 18 pieces
Ingredients
- 9 to 12 sheets of filo pastry
- 2 red apples
- 1 egg
- 6 tbsp ricotta
- 6 tbsp low-fat flat cheese
- Bit of sugar
- Cinnamon
Preparation:
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Wash the apple and cut into slices.
- Make sure 3 to 4 sheets of filo dough are on top of each other. Cut rectangles from the dough. Make sure they are at least 1 cm wider and longer than the apple slices. That way you can fold them afterwards.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cover the filo pastry with apple.
- Beat an egg. Brush the sides of the dough with some egg. Fold the edges tightly inward.
- Sprinkle with a little sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake the tarts for 10 min until golden brown.
- Mix the ricotta cheese, flat cheese and sugar.
- Remove the tarts from the oven. Put some of the flat cheese mixture on top and a pinch of cinnamon.
