Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200ml skimmed or vegetable milk
- 4tl honey
- 4sn white bread
- Banana
Preparation
- Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk in the milk and half of the honey.
- Dip the bread slices in the mixture, making sure both sides are covered.
- Heat a non-stick pan and brown the bread in a little grease.
- Top with the honey & banana (or other carbohydrate-rich toppings)
