This recipe for four servings will prepare you optimally for your competition.
Ingredients
• 2 eggs
• 200ml skimmed or plant-based milk
• 4 tsp honey
• 4 slices white bread
• Banana
Preparation
• Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk in the milk and half of the honey.
• Dip the slices of bread into the mixture, making sure both sides are covered.
• Heat a nonstick pan and fry the bread in a little fat until brown.
• Finish with the honey & banana (or other carbohydrate-rich toppings).
