Ingredients
- 100g zucchini
- 100g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp unsweetened bitter cocoa
- 100g granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
- Clean the zucchini, remove the skin and discard the seeds, cut into cubes.
- Steam the zucchini for a few minutes and then blend into a puree.
- Melt the chocolate au bain-marie, then mix in the cocoa and the blended zucchini.
- Add the egg yolks, as well as the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
- Beat the egg whites and gently mix them into the batter.
- Spoon the batter into a cake pan and bake for 40 minutes at 150 °C.
